Referee Selections - VJL Finals 2026

Every year Basketball Victoria selects referees from around the state to officiate the VJL Divisions Grand Finals. It's recognition of C3 officials (as the highest graded officials within an association). Those selected have consistently filled games each week on our highest divisions to a high standard, engaged in their own development, and shown professionalism in the role.

  • Tahlia Kennedy

Grace and Tahlia have done this all year, and we were glad to see them both represent Blackburn well in their finals games last week.

Additionally Alex, one of our officials representing us on the VJBL Panel this year, also picked up games leading C3 officials for these games on court, even capping off his weekend with a U20 VJL final last Sunday.

Congratulations to all 3 referees who got to officiate some of the most exciting games of the year. Great work!
